This notice describes the information handling of Poppixapicniteam.quest and the static tools supplied on this website. For privacy questions, contact [email protected]. It does not cover independent websites, your email provider or the practices of a group organizer using our printable materials.
Reading the website
The supplied site code does not create user accounts, use advertising trackers, run analytics, request your location or upload photographs. Images, stylesheets and scripts are served as site files rather than loaded from third-party image or script services.
When a website is delivered, hosting and network providers may process technical request data such as an IP address, requested path, timestamp, browser information and error details. Such processing can support delivery, security and troubleshooting. This static code does not determine the hosting provider's log settings or retention period, so no specific server-log retention period is promised here.
Scorecard storage on your device
The editable scorecard holds team labels and scores in page memory while you use it. Selecting “Save on this device” stores those values in your browser's localStorage under poppixapicniteam.scorecard.v1. The tool reads that saved copy when you return to the scorekeeping page on the same origin and browser.
This copy is not submitted to us. It has no automatic expiry in the supplied code. Use “Clear all scores” on the scorecard to remove it, or clear this site's data in your browser. Use nicknames, especially on shared devices. Browser restrictions, private browsing or cleared site data may prevent saving or remove a saved copy.
Contact drafts and voluntary email
The contact tool combines the fields you enter into plain text on your device. Preparing, copying or downloading a draft does not transmit the form to a server. Draft content is not written to localStorage by our code. Your device may keep clipboard contents, downloaded files or browser-restored form values; manage those using your own device settings.
If you send an email, your chosen email service transmits it and the recipient receives the message, sender address and associated email metadata. We use correspondence to consider and answer the request, address corrections or handle relevant privacy and security concerns. Do not send sensitive information or personal details about other participants.
Email may be processed by email infrastructure providers and retained as needed to handle the correspondence, maintain relevant records or meet legal obligations. No fixed deletion deadline is promised. We do not use the tools to create a marketing list or sell contact drafts.
Your choices and rights
You can read the pages without saving a scorecard or contacting us. You can delete locally saved tool data yourself. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information in correspondence, object to certain processing or complain to a relevant data-protection authority.
Send a focused request to the contact address above. We may need information sufficient to locate the correspondence and verify the request. Do not send identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been discussed. We cannot retrieve or delete a local-only scorecard from your device remotely.
Adult audience and changes
The editorial content is intended for adults organizing activities with other adults. The site does not invite children to submit personal information. If you believe personal information was provided inappropriately, contact us with the minimum details needed to identify the issue.
